Colour Variation & Accuracy of Graphic Images
Due to photography constraints and the differences in monitor types Designer
Online cannot guarantee the colors of each product are accurately displayed.

Order Cancellation
Designer Online reserves the
right to refuse or cancel any order when (a) products are unavailable for any
reason; (b) an order placed through the site has not been received by Designer
Online for any reason; (c) full payment for the order has not been received by
Designer Online from the customer; (d) order received that may or is involved in
any fraudulent activity - any such involvement detected, Designer Online will
forward information to the fraud prevention merchant services and will undergo a
fraud investigation which may also involve police investigation.

Returns Policy
Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases
you make from this site simply return your purchase within 14
days for a full refund - no questions asked. Sorry we cannot
refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
Goods Damaged
In Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a
"no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return
the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable
evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us
for assessment.
Method of
Returns
Designer Online will refund to your credit card, or we can post
a cheque or international money order.
