Lynne Curan Design was started in 2001 whilst Lynne was on holidays in Vietnam. She was enchanted by the beautiful handmade silk and saw it as the perfect antidote to the mass produced lounge and sleepwear options available in Australia.

All Lynne Curan Design products are made by a small family business in Central Vietnam. Lynne does all the designing using traditional fabrics and the pattern making to ensure generous sizing for the Australian market.

None of Lynne's products are mass produced in a factory but are made by women working from home. This provides local women with income which in turn enables them to pay for such things as education for their children.
