Louise Farnay is an Australian designer currently based in sunny Singapore. Being born into a family of designers – her grandmother was a designer and her mother was a couturier, it is no surprise that Louise Farnay is who she is today. Louise Farnay has explored many creative art forms such as painting, body painting, calligraphy and designing. She is well-traveled and receives influences from her depth of experience. She is the creative juice behind SNATCH bags which have especially been popular in Japan and European countries. Despite the successful business of creating SNATCH bags, Louise Farnay stays true to her roots and strongly believes, until this day, that it is the creative side that she is still most interested in.
Louise Farnay presents to us the beautiful contradictions of our world through the interplay of mixed materials, designs and constructions. The collection of sophisticated clutch bags and bowling bags, cosmopolitan totes, whimsical wallets and purses boasts the finest details. The collection consists of unique elements that exude a style of eclecticism and pop art. Louise Farnay signature lipstick zippers are also adorned on the bags giving it that special feminine touch.
