Are your products authentic?

Yes. All of our products are authentic. We offer a 100% money back guarantee (less postage) on authenticity. You can rest assured that when you buy from Designer Online you are buying the same items found in luxury boutiques and perfumeries around the world.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank deposits, money orders, bank cheques, personal cheques and credit card payments. Our credit card transactions are processed by third parties and you have the choice of using either Paymate (Australian company) or Paypal (American company). Further instructions regarding payment methods are provided at checkout.

 

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes. We do sell to international customers. It is important that you are aware that there may be import duties and/or taxes applicable when the goods arrive in your country. We accept no responsibility for these costs. To find out if there will be additional charges please contact your relevant government import customs authority.

 

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery within Australia is $8.95.

Delivery outside of Australia is $25.00.

 

How long will delivery take?

We aim to send your order out as soon as possible. All items are delivered using Australia Post. Delivery times will vary, we suggest that you allow 1 - 10 working days for deliveries within Australia and 14 working days for deliveries outside of Australia. If you require your purchase urgently please let us know.

 

Are all of your items in stock?

The majority of our items are continually held in stock. In the unforeseen event that we do not have your order in stock then we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of this. At this time we will give you an estimated delivery date and if you would like to order an alternative item or cancel your order we will do so for you.

 

What if I can't find the product I am looking for?

If you can't find the product that you are looking for please email us at sales@designeronline.com.au. We will do our very best to order in the product for you.

 

Do you provide gift-wrapping services?

Yes. We provide FREE gift wrapping upon request. We can also deliver your gift directly to the recipient if you would prefer (we will be sure to exclude the invoice!).

 

What currency has been used for your prices?

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Trade marks, copyright, brand names, product names, and company names related to the products appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners. Designer Online does not claim to own any of these trade marks, copyright, brand names, product names nor is it representing itself as an authorised dealer, distributor or associated party.

Order Cancellation

Designer Online reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order when (a) products are unavailable for any reason; (b) an order placed through the site has not been received by Designer Online for any reason; (c) full payment for the order has not been received by Designer Online from the customer; (d) order received that may or is involved in any fraudulent activity - any such involvement detected, Designer Online will forward information to the fraud prevention merchant services and will undergo a fraud investigation which may also involve police investigation.

Returns Policy

Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund - no questions asked. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

Goods Damaged In Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.

Method of Returns
Designer Online will refund to your credit card, or we can post a cheque or international money order.
